Free UK Shipping on Every Order

At Motion House, every order comes with free standard shipping across the UK. No minimum spend, no hidden fees, just free delivery on everything we sell.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping: 7 to 10 business days

Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder before getting in touch.

Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will look into it straight away.
